Walkerscott achieves ISO 27001 certification, drives MS Dynamics Klevr app development

 Australia and New Zealand Microsoft Dynamics partner Walkerscott has achieved ISO 27001 certification which it will use to supercharge the development and sale of a series of apps based on Dynamics 365 dubbed “Klevr”.


ISO 27001 is a globally recognised standard for managing information security and establishing robust systems to protect sensitive data.


Walkerscott is currently focusing on deepening its Microsoft partnership by releasing a Klevr Fundraising application built for non-profits on the Microsoft Cloud.


“ISO 27001-certified and with integrated PCI-compliant payments, this will complement our Dynamics 365-based Klevr Grants and Contracts management applications used by government agencies across New Zealand,” chief executive Paul Knox said. 


“Our target industries like state and federal government agencies in Australia and New Zealand demand leadership on cyber security.


“We plan to leverage this achievement in our marketing efforts, highlighting it as a key differentiator and emphasise the benefits of partnering with an ISO 27001-certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner.”


Walkerscott had prioritised security awareness and skills development among its employees and enhanced its security awareness and posture.


“It solidifies our commitment to security and data privacy, which is crucial in today’s cyber environment,” Knox said.


It also helped build trust with clients, especially those in industries with strict security regulations like government agencies and healthcare organisations in Australia and New Zealand. 


With 2025 just around the corner, Walkerscott is aiming to continue to invest in its Klevr apps and distributing them on Microsoft’s AppSource marketplace.


Walkerscott has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Wellington, Auckland and Tamil Nadu, India.
